- Record on customer compliant and dispute settlement : 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transaction, etc.)

4. Disposing of records containing personal information
Technically, all personal information will be destroyed immediately once it is collected and used for the purpose as follows.

- Disposing process
All information you entered for signup will be transferred to DB separately, once it is used for the purpose (If it’s recorded on paper, it will be kept in a filing cabinet). And it will be kept for a certain period of time and destroyed in accordance with relevant laws to protect data (refer to the data retention and period of use).
All personal information transferred to DB separately shall not be used other than the purpose of retention.

7. Right of users and their legal representatives & How to exercise the right
- Users can access and revise their personal information anytime and ask for membership cancellation.
- To access and revise the personal information, please click ‘Change the personal information’ or ‘Revise the membership information.’ To cancel the membership, please click ‘Membership withdrawal’ and go through identification process. Then, you can browse, revise, or withdraw membership.
- If you contact the personal information officer in writing or via phone or email, he or she will handle it immediately.
- If you ask for correction of any error in your personal information, your information is not allowed to be used or provided until the completion of correction. If wrong personal information has been already provided to the 3rd party, the result of correction will be immediately notified to the 3rd party so that he or she could fix it.
- AIDKOREA Inc. shall handle personal information which is cancelled or deleted upon the request of user as stated in the “Personal information retention & Period of use” and such information shall not be available or viewed for any purpose. - Legal representative of children under 14 is entitled to access and revise personal information and withdraw data collection and use.
